Kimberly has enjoyed 30 years of experience in this ever-evolving industry. As a licensed esthetician and business owner, Kimberly operates with a passion that makes it all about you! Kimberly's training and experience allow her to understand the needs of her clients and how to achieve the desired benefits. Kimberly uses the latest, most effective treatments to achieve optimal results. Lydia Nelson
Licensed Massage Therapist
Lydia joined the ladies at the Spa in 2014 and found her “home.” Prior to the Spa, she worked for multiple chiropractors and spas and had her own practice in Woodstock. A “jack-of-all-trades,” she is highly trained in many modalities. Her preferred deep tissue technique is cupping.
Some of her continuing education over the years includes reflexology, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, sound therapy, aromatherapy, kinesiology taping, prevention of runner’s injuries, the Graston technique for scar tissue, various lymphatic techniques, and face massage.
From gentle lymphatic work to deep tissue cupping…from pediatric to geriatric, Lydia’s favorite massage to give and receive is a relaxation massage. Stress relief work incorporates dry brushing and essential oils. Many other tools and resources are used in each session.
Lydia lives in Woodstock near her children and grandchildren. She has a 125 lb. spoiled puppy and a herd of deer.
Michelle Eger
Licensed Esthetician
Michelle is well-versed in full-body waxing, body treatments, lash and brow tinting, and various facial techniques, from adding moisture to the skin and healing broken-down barriers to acne care, anti-aging treatments, and more. Michelle is also a Face Reality Acne Specialist and continues growing her industry knowledge to remain on the cutting edge.
